In-store Returns
We have a 14-day return policy for in-store purchases, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To initiate an in-store return, take your item to our shop at 838 Lafayette Street in Gretna, LA. Returns and exchanges are processed based on the item category and subject to the terms further stated below. Return terms stipulated in a specific category always take precedent.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt, proof of purchase, or gift receipt.
Custom and personalized products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift certificates.
Online Returns
We have a three (3)-day return policy for online purchases, which means you have 3 (three) days after receiving your item (according to tracking information) to request a return. Return terms stipulated in a specific category always take precedent.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. We may require photographic proof of item condition. You will also need the receipt, proof of purchase, or gift receipt.
Custom and personalized products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, a return merchandise authorization (RMA) form, and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds or credits will not be issued until the returned merchandise is received and inspected by Classic Frame & Mat.
Artwork
The colors of the artwork you receive will likely differ slightly from what you see on your computer or device. If you are not satisfied with your artwork purchase, you must notify us within three (3) days of receipt of your purchase (according to tracking information or receipt date if in-store) to arrange a refund or exchange. Return postage in this instance is the responsibility of the buyer.
A refund will not be granted on artwork returned with folds, creases, tears, stains, fingerprints, or any other damage.
Display Cases
Our acrylic display cases are custom orders and therefore not eligible for return. Please contact us with any questions prior to purchase. Returns on acrylic cases will not be granted based on color discrepancies on base colors. We recognize that team colors are a matter of pride. We provide a small chip sample at a nominal cost so that you can ensure that the colors we offer meet your expectations prior to placing your order. Chip samples may be purchased here.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have three (3) days upon receipt of purchase (according to tracking information or receipt date if in-store) to notify us of such concerns.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
